Sam's Xpress Car Wash

Had an excellent experience here. I was cleaning the brake dust off of my rims, when Parker (one if the employees) came and asked me how my wash was, when I told Parker about my dust problem they began to help me clean my rims. So incredible to know that businesses and employees still do customer service like that!

The staff are super helpful, polite, and have great etiquette--I'm like where did they get these people, are they part owners? The wash is so good, it gets noticed. The first time I went there, my car looked good for a couple of weeks, maybe more. I took advantage of all the free amenities of compressed air vacuum, glass cleaner, towel dry, small long nozzle vacuum and wide vacuum. Plus I used the free carpet cleaner machine on my front two carmats.

This is a great car wash! The staff are so helpful and I have never seen car wash staff go above and beyond like this. Today Parker helped me scrub really baked on bugs off my car and I was so appreciative. Also I love that supplies are always available and everything works well.

This was my first time at Sam’s Express Car Wash, and I was truly impressed. Max provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was professional, friendly, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find an employee who genuinely cares about customers the way Max does. He made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Because of his outstanding service, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Max, for going above and beyond!

I'm tentatively impressed with this new location. They seem to understand that while they are an express wash, they still need to provide customer service and functioning equipment. And so far, they've done a good job of that. And they offer deals too. It's just nice to feel appreciated as a customer.
